Specialist Thrombosis & Coagulation Study Day

This event hosted by the VTE Exemplar Centres Network aims to stretch and challenge specialist nurses, pharmacists and junior doctors working in the field of thrombosis and coagulation. The stimulating programme includes management of triple therapy, VTE and women’s health and pharmacokinetics of DOACs.
